The goal is sustained, perfect form throughout. The clock on this workout is purely for curiosity.
Points only count if they are earned- if form degrades, drop weight, add assistance, and take the deduction. We’re not trying to win one stupid workout- we’ve seen where that mentality gets people.
We’re trying to be as strong, fast, precise, and explosive as we can be.
