The words below are part of a quote found on the Gym Jones website. The picture they were describing was a man looking fatigued but resolute, carrying a loaded barbell in one hand and a home-made sandbag on his shoulder. For those of you that like to think, do so about the statement below.

What a fantastic way to describe a concept that is so often lost in the mix of trying to “be” something or fit a certain mold. When a concept is this sound, it also usually wp-contentlies far beyond a single realm.
