From 11am-2pm, we will work through the progressions of fitness kettlebell lifting and transition into work with sledgehammers and maces. All fitness levels are welcome- prior exposure to kettlebell lifting is optional but helpful. Please call Boomtown at 585.270.4119 with questions or to pre-register. Cost is $60.
We encourage anyone interested in gaining experience and proficiency in kettlebell lifting to attend. While kettlebell lifting is very popular right now, it is vastly under-utilized in CrossFit-style training.
