Mace Benchmark

For our Mace Benchmark, one rep consists of:

  • 2 Mace Squats
  • 10-2 to the left
  • 360 to the right
  • 10-2 to the right
  • Back to center

One SET = 5 reps + 100 jumpropes

NOTES:
Count sets performed in 30 minutes. Switch lead direction every rep.
