“Composure Recovery Drill” x 15
Today, our Composure Recovery Drill consists of 10 yds. (2-3 reps) front roll or back roll followed immediately and with urgency by 5 V-ups.
Upon completion of the V-ups, immediately resume crossing the floor.
*Numbers represent reps each side. Ex. 5L, 5R, 4L, 4R…
Weight goes up as reps go down.
FInal sets should pose a significant challenge.
