Points are awarded for the use of above-prescribed weight or advanced version of a motion.
Deductions occur for assisted motions or lower than prescribed weight.
A score of “0” is awarded for the exact prescribed motion or weight.
The goal is sustained, perfect form throughout. The clock on this workout is purely for curiosity.
Points only count if they are earned- if form degrades, drop weight, add assistance, and take the deduction.
Progress often comes on the heels of failure.
The goal is not to “win” the workout- we’ve seen where that mentality gets people.
We’re trying to be as strong, fast, precise, and explosive as we can be.
