20 Weighted pullup/ 30 dead hang pullup/ 40 dead hang pullup attempts**
*KB snatch + TGU = 1 rep. TGU begins as the snatch ends- weight locked straight and strong over head.
Climb up in weight as desired- if you hit your peak before completing the 20 rep set, scale back down as needed.
**Standard for pullup is arms straight at the bottom, chin above the bar at the top. For “attempts”, vary the starting height of the pullup throughout the set of 40 and without jumping, challenge all the ranges in which we struggle.
Complete Snatch/ TGU before moving on to pullup.
