“Lift Heavy Shit”
In the quickest manner & fewest reps you can strategize, men lift 10,000lbs., women lift 8,500.
– max rep set of 10- you may repeat exercises/ lifts, but not more than 10 consecutively
– no minimum- intersperse 1RM as desired throughout workout
– weight accumulates with every successful rep/ lift
– outlining strategy on paper is recommended
Kettlebells, barbells, dumbbells & maces are in play.
Sandbags & med balls are out.
Motion suggestions included:
– suitcase/ overhead/ goblet lunge
– high pull
– heavy Russian-style KB swing
30 minute time limit.
