Bench press:

9, 7, 5, 3- 3- 3+

Goal is challenging, uninterrupted sets with meticulous position throughout. Weight increases each set (denoted by commas between) until 3, and then remains the same (denoted by dashes). Rest up to 1 minute between sets. If possible, final set extends past 3 reps.

Up to 3 minutes rest, then:

100 High-knee jumprope
40 Mountain climbers
4 Turkish Get-up @ 50-60% of 1RM

x 4

Switch arms as desired on TGU. Maintain a solid, organized push-up position during mountain climber.
