With a partner, and for 2 minutes each:
Station 1: Abmat med ball pass
Station 2: 20 Tire smash vs. 1-arm plank hold
Station 3: 10 Jumping pull-up vs. bar hang
In stations 2 and 3, switch roles immediately upon completion of designated reps. Switches between stations occur on a running clock.
For score: Count your total number of completed reps and add together with your partner at the end.
