In a group of 5 or 6:
Leader: 20 Tire smash (any variation) + 5 tire flips
(Training partners assist flips as needed)
Followers: TGU @ max 35lb. W, 55lb. M
Number will be assigned to each group member at outset- remember your number and work in order. Turkish Get-up are to be performed consistently until next turn on the tire.
5 rounds or 30 minutes, whichever comes first.
(1 round= 20 hits + 5 flips for each participant.)
