*Presses may be done with KB, DB, or barbell, provided posture is upright & neutral, and rack position stays consistent. Pick one implement and use it throughout the workout.
**Weight is moderate, squats are below parallel (use a med ball, bumper plates, mats, etc. to gage height), backs are flat, knees behind toes, toes are pointed forward.
