10 sets or 15 minutes– whichever comes first.
Complete the 10 reps as fast as possible while maintaining form, take 5 “In through the nose, out through the mouth” breaths, complete the next segment, do the same.
Rest occurs between sets of 10 reps, not during. Today is a sprint, not a jog.
