Reps are expected to stay consistent in each movement from one round to the next. Switches between happen on a running clock.
*Take a full reverse lunge step, and immediately upon a stable return to standing, step on to target with the same leg. Switch legs each rep. Movement can be weighted with anything you choose.
**High-knee jumprope may be used if needed. Substitution requires 3 additional :45 sec. work intervals at the end of round 3.
