In a team of 2, work to complete:
150 Airplane pushups (reps start with chest on ground, hands off ground)
150 Power clean/ single KB/DB Thrusters (switch between motions as desired)
If the 300 rep total is not reached within designated time, score is simply total number of reps completed.
Strategize/ structure sets in whatever way you see fit- specify breath count during rest periods.
