Thursday noon class each week focuses on “Odd Lifts”, which for our purposes include sledgehammers, maces, and kettlebells.
After shoulder mobility & circular range of motion warm-up consisting of 2-second OH swings & KB halos, we did a partner workout.
Determine implement & motions to be used, and then perform:
:45 seconds work partner 1, :15 seconds transition time,
:45 seconds work partner 2.
2 rounds, same motion.
Goal is to match reps from round 1 to round 2 in each set.*
Perform entire set 3 times and vary motion each set.
Implement choice is up to you.
*Any drop in reps from round 1 to round 2 results in a 1 minute Airdyne sprint.
