4 max weight KB swing*
6 max weight KB snatch*
+ 60 box jumps, which can be interspersed into swing/ snatch rounds wherever it makes the most sense.
Ex. A novice/ intermediate athlete may gain much more out of 2-3 consecutive sets of the KB lifts & 20-30 consecutive jumps due to their still developing skill in heavy lifting.
A higher level athlete will likely be able to lift much more weight more explosively and may sustain that pace & weight more effectively with a 10 box jump interruption between KB lifting sets.
*“Max weight” may be different in Rd. 1 than it is in Rd. 6.
For our purposes today, “max weight”= as much weight as you can lift with good form, power, and control.
