Depending on where yesterday’s workout hit you, choose:
10 Pushup variation*
10 Full-range lunge with implement**
10 minutes or 10 rounds, whichever comes first.
12 Dumbell Pushup row
12 Suitcase lunge w/ same weight
12 minutes or 12 rounds, whichever comes first.
*Today, pushup variations consist of: Inchworm, burpee, plyometric, ring, or elevated and may be switched round-to-round as desired/ needed.
**Our full-range lunge begins with a forward lunge and continues into a rear lunge without the foot touching in the middle. Step far enough to maintain 90-degree knee bend on both F & R motions.
Implement can/ should be light and is geared to further off balance us, demanding extra midline & postural stability.
