“Tail of the Snake”
In a group of 3/4 with a designated leader, perform:
20 Tire smash
10 Pullup or BW row*
15 KB power swings (pull the KB down with the same force you use to drive it up)
15 minutes, count completed sets.
TOTS works like this:
Leader starts with 20 tire smash.
Next in line doesn’t move until leader finishes tire smash.
Leader moves to pullup, #2 hits the tire, so on and so forth.
The person in front of you in line must complete all reps of a particular motion prior to you beginning yours.
Rest is earned with efficiency and explosiveness, and overall team performance is dictated by the strong pace of each member.
*Pullups are on the bar, no jumping today, and must be done to specification (arms straight at the bottom, head above at the top). If & when that fails, scale immediately to BW row.
