Our gym was open holiday hours today- 11am to 1pm.
Some suggestions during that time were:
Clean + Press + Windmill + TGU= 1 rep.
10 reps each side, 20 total, alternate arms.
Increase weight each rep until max is reached, sustain it as long as possible, then scale back 1 step.
Same weight is to be used for each motion- goal is to perform all motions with perfect form and equally heavy weight.
