1: 8 Slam ball vs. 2-Inch deadlift
2: 20 yd. Waiter’s walk/ Farmer’s walk/ Rack walk or a hybrid of vs.
Bottom position pushup hold
3: 2 TGU vs. Rest
4 minutes each station, 30 second transition time between.
Partners move quickly between directives at each station.
Lazy transitions will lead to round extensions.
