Go find a good playground, warm up as you wish, and perform the following:
Sprint or broad jump from one end of playground to the other- 4
Jump or jump & catch from Point A to Point B– 6
Pushup or BW row at an odd angle, with an odd handle, or at a strange elevation- 8
KTE, knees THROUGH elbows, or toes to bar hanging from something odd- 10
20 minutes at a “play” pace.
