Our Holiday schedule featured 1 two-hour training block.
To be completed in any order are:
On your own:
800m Farmer, Waiter, or rack walk.
(Use DB’s, KB’s, sandbags, bumpers)
5 minutes or 1500m, whichever comes first.
OR, “100’s game”– With :20 seconds rest between each round, see how many times you can row 100m in under :20 seconds.
20 Handstand pushups/ attempts.
“Attempt” is counted when level changes even slightly from stable, locked out handstand position.
With a partner:
WB Benchmark of your choice.
Double the time, and alternate with your partner 2 rounds work with 2 rounds rest.
20 Tire flips.
If you are able to flip the tire on your own, flip it back and forth with a partner 10 times each. If you need assistance, perform 20 total flips.
