Intersperse lifts before, between, and after timed rounds as desired.
*Perform reps with a “skill work” weight. After performing the power clean, count a 2/1000 in the full upright standing position prior to performing the front squat, both to work on establishing a strong rack position and to avoid mistaking our work today for a “Squat Clean” or “Full Clean” or most appropriately, just “Clean”.
