Bar hang (Arms straight, no legs, any grip you choose)
Bottom squat position (Below parallel throughout)
Bottom push-up position (Chest and hips off the ground)
Snatch/ Overhead squat hold (Standing, with dowel or empty bar)
Tabata interval= 20 sec. work/ 10 sec. rest x 8
