Maintain consistent completion time (tire smash) and reps (squat) in all rounds. Work with urgency during rounds, and take short rest as needed between (no more than 30 seconds).
Score is total number of squats completed in all 4 rounds- any rep performed at less than designated weight = 1/2 rep.
(Ex. Bodyweight of 180 + 90lb. squat= 1 rep. BW of 180 + 70lb. squat= 1/2 rep.)
