“Odd Lifts” Thursday!
In a group of 3, rotate through rounds of:
10 Mace motions*
Isometric squat hold/ Pushup hold (Top or bottom of pushup)
*The mace motions lead the rotation. When 1 person is finished with the 10 reps, the entire group rotates.
15 minutes KB “Odd Lift” motions or Mace skill work.
Light weight, lots of reps, meticulous form.
Work your strengths, but hammer your weaknesses.
