With a partner:
5 minutes sandbag shouldering (65lb. W, 85lb. M) and/ or
1-arm kettlebell clean (45lb. W, 65lb. M)
5 minutes high-knee jumprope
5 minutes “Push-up walk”*
5 minute bar hang**
One partner works, one partner rests at all times using any rep/ time configuration you choose. Hustle on the switches.
Score is total number of reps accumulated in first 3 rounds, minus any penalty incurred in the 4th.
Mindset adjustment: Today, let’s think “Can’t wait for rest to end…” as opposed to “Can’t wait for rest to begin…”. Dare the work to start again, don’t dread it…
*Our pushup walk is 3 “steps” forward on your hands in a rigid plank position + 1 chest-to-ground pushup. 3 + 1 = 1.
**One partner is to be hanging from the bar at all times. Any simultaneous feet on the ground incur a 5-rep penalty per infraction to be deducted from overall total.
