1 Tabata interval (20 sec. work/ 10 sec. rest x 8 ) of each of the following:
1-arm kettlebell swing (Alternate arms as desired- 35lb. W, 55lb. M)
Today, we will score as follows: Add total reps per movement (all 8 rounds). Highest overall score is thrown out, total of remaining two movements are added together. (Ex. V-up total: 110. Abmat total: 90. 1-arm kettlebell swing total: 95. 110 is out, score is 90 + 95= 185.)
Corresponding amount of kettlebell lifts*.
*In sets of no less than 10 reps, accumulate reps totaling score from part 1 as quickly and efficiently as possible.
