With a partner:
Hollow rock/ hold
Both partners travel through each station 5x.
While one partner is sprinting, the other is performing one of the movements/ holds listed. You must hit each movement/ hold at least once, but where to double up is your choice.
Sprint ends AT your partner’s location (not 5m early ending with a walk)- “tag” them in and switch roles.
