*In our 2-second swing, the KB is locked out straight over heels, spine neutral, with active shoulders (hidden necks) for a 2/1000.
**HP/FS/RC is a complex in which we move seamlessly through the 3 motions. Adjust foot position from apart at the end of the front squat to together at the beginning of the rocking chair.
