20 1-arm swings, 10L, 10R
5 rounds, with a 20 minute cutoff time. score after 20 is rounds completed. (ex. 4.1= 4, + 10 burpees)
*lateral jump burpee: use parallette or similar. peform a high-knee jump over pipe. land & descend immediately to floor. upon return to standing, re-jump immediately. do not clap in the air.
