Goal today is achieving a quick, seamless transition from a compromised position (front roll) into an organized position (squat).
Pay attention to the details of each, and move fluidly throughout.
Then, immediately and with urgency:
Alternate arms as desired, and select weight based on both proficiency with TGU and post-drill composure. (Weight today not to exceed 45lb. W, 65lb. M)
And then, skill work:
50 total reps, divided as desired between the specified barbell and kettlebell lifts. Work with weight that allows completion of 5 or more high-quality, uninterrupted reps.
