“Notable Feats” races!
In a group:
Choose 4-5 of our foundational movements that compliment your training week. In any order you choose, perform as many reps as possible in 90 seconds with precision, speed, and ferocity. Rest as needed between 90-second rounds. Results are compared among the group at the end of each round.
If newer trainees are grouped with those more experienced, newer trainees choose the movement(s).
Then, in a group of 4 (including as many of the same members as possible):
1 mile relay (weighted with minimum 20lb.)
Each partner must complete 400m weighted with implement of the group’s choosing. Object must be passed between partners at the end of each 400m and may not touch the ground at any time.
Keep sound running technique and positions, even with the addition of weight.
