*KB snatch- switch arms every round, not every 3 reps
*jumprope- if you miss during the 60, start again
very important in performing well & enjoying the jump squat/ box jump combo is effectively receiving the floor.
if you land like a ton of bricks, this will get old, fast, and be quite slow. try to land with no sound.
