:30 sec. rest, then 4 minutes of:
Cycle through as many times as possible and count total completed sets. Form considered, divide swings as needed to accomplish all reps with designated weight. (Ex. 5 reps, 3 breaths x 8, 10 reps, 3 breaths x 4…)
Then, skill work:
40 reps total, divided as desired between movements.
*”Short swing” denotes a heavy, short-range kettlebell swing with the intent of safely driving as much weight as structurally possible to just below chin height.
