10 rounds or 20 minutes of:
Rest up to :30 seconds between each set/ movement.
Today, completion is not nearly as important as composition.
Then, skill work:
At skill work weights, perform 20-30 reps of each movement with the goal of making any needed improvement in position, execution, or fluidity.
*Today, 3/4 BW is baseline- Begin with as much weight as you can safely carry for 40 yd., and scale back only if/ when needed.
**Press weight is self-scaled today and may decrease as needed- if you feel you could accomplish 9 reps in the 5 rep sets, it is too light. If you can only accomplish 2, it is too heavy.
