In a group of 3 or 4:
20 Tire smash (each person)
10 Tire jumps (each person, with hammer)
10 Tire flips (total)
Tire flips may be done individually or using as many group members as needed to accomplish the 10 reps quickly.
If rest is needed, it is taken in between rounds as a group and does not exceed 60 seconds.
The kettlebell “Halo” is an excellent warm-up that helps improve general ROM, and is also an ideal warm-up for movements such as tire smash and mace lifting that require dynamic rotational strength.
