Kettlebell snatch (35lb. W, 55lb. M)
Insist on aggressive, matching output from round 1 through round 8 in all Tabata intervals.
2 minutes rest, then:
10 reps @ 50-60% of 1RM
5 reps @ 75-80% of 1RM
Goal is uninterrupted sets with meticulous position and form throughout.
If the designated weight creates/ forces a compromised position, make an immediate adjustment.
