We all have things that we struggle with. Constant exposure and refinement will often lead to progress towards overcoming & mastering them.
Here’s a suggestion for the physical struggles:
5 reps, 5 sets, 5 weeks.
Take two motions that you struggle with or are just learning and chop away at them every day, little by little. Alternate motions every set. Scale the motion down to the absolute basics- if you choose the clean & press, make sure the technique is spot-on with a tiny weight before moving up.
If what you choose is pullups, make sure the arms are straight at the bottom, head above the bar at the top every rep before adding reps or moving on to the next.
25 is not a lot, and is time better spent doing something else if you breeze through it with little attention to detail.
