25 KB swings
Time each set of swings and immediately sprint the corresponding duration on the bike. (Hard work on the swing equals less time on the bike.) Goal is to complete the 25 swings as quickly and consistently as possible throughout all 5 rounds.
25 Pushup x 3
Vary the pushup each round, switching at 25, or simply rest at 25 to keep the quality of each rep high.
Regular chest-to-ground pushup, airplane, rings, parallettes, incline, and weighted are all acceptable scaling options.
