With a partner:
Partner 1: 200m run
Partner 2: Hollow hold
Together: 15 air squat
While partner 1 runs, partner 2 holds the hollow position.
When one run is complete, both partners (together) perform 15 air squat, and then the roles reverse.
Each partner is to complete 5 runs + 5 sets hollow and 10 sets air squat.
Run fast- if for no other reason than to get your partner out of the hollow position.
First 5 groups completed= no burpees.
Any remaining groups= 50 burpees between the two.
