1 rep squat complex consists of:
1 regular squat
1 jump squat
1 L lunge
1 R lunge
strong, straight posture and tight guts should be maintained throughout entire workout.
relaxing your midsection will surely make more work for your legs;
is it easier to pick up a pencil off the ground, or a worm?
(the exact opposite strategy is advised in grappling, kickboxing, or fight fitness training)
