*Using varied implements (barbell, sandbag, 2 KB’s), perform 10 reps clean/ power clean and press/ push press for 6 sets. (60 total)
Vary style of lift and press by implement/ weight as needed.
If using all 3 implements, perform one set of 10 at a base weight and one heavier set of 10 with each.
