On a constantly running clock, perform consecutive 1 minute rounds of:
1-arm KB clean (35lb. W, 55lb. M)
KB swing (35lb. W, 55lb. M)
Count total reps completed between all 3 motions in round 1.
Goal is to match output in subsequent rounds- any drop of over 5 reps in round 2, 3, or 4 total equals 1 minute on the Airdyne per rep.
(Ex. 10 rep drop= 5 minutes Airdyne)
We should be unwilling to accept time on the bike.
