Pulling randomly from a card deck containing almost all the movements we utilize in training is an interesting way to mix things up and force yourself to adapt.
Our picks from the deck today were redundant counterparts to the pre-programmed movements (DB Burpee and Goblet squat), but provided a great challenge and made for interesting work.
