1000 med ball squats (15lb. W, 20lb. M)
800 med ball situp (15lb. W, 20lb. M)
600 Airplane pushups
40 40yd. sprints
Share work within the group however the team leader sees fit.
If all reps are completed within designated time, then part 2 is:
10 minutes “Medicine ball fetch”
1 partner throws med ball as far as possible, other partner sprints out, picks it up, and sprints back. Change positions each “rep”.
If all reps are NOT completed within designated time, then part 2 is:
100 Burpees (each, not as a group)
