In groups of 3:
6 minutes of:
– 20 tire smash (leader) isometric squat hold (followers)
– 15 pullups (leader) bar hang/ band crawls (followers)
– 10 C&P (leader) plank hold/ OH hold (followers)
Leader completes reps, followers hold position and then move to lead.
Work hard and fast as the leader & get your partners out of hot water!
