Travel up & back a 30 yd. floor for 20 minutes using:
– broad jumps
– KB lunge presses (press occurs during descent of lunge, lockout @ knee to floor, recovery to rack position during return to standing)
– partner drags (rope, belt, harness @ waist, stay low, run like you’re in the water)
alternate motions & partners for dragging.
keep guts extra tight & meticulous upright posture during lunge press!
