If the designated weight creates/ forces a compromised position, make an immediate adjustment.
Then, 1 Tabata interval (20 sec. work/ 10 sec. rest x 8 ) each of:
H2H kettlebell swing (35lb. W, 55lb. M)
Complete all 8 rounds in one movement before beginning the next.
Match revolutions/ reps throughout all 8 rounds without pacing the 1st.
